SPECIAL OLYMPICS – 2006

On Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th from 10am – 3:30pm members of the CSNA will be running a Health Promotion booth and a Burn Prevention booth at the 2006 Special Olympics. This event is scheduled to take place at Moore Fieldhouse at Southern Connecticut State University in the Healthy Atheletes Village. We are looking for members to come out and show their support for these athletes by working one of the booths.

CONVENTION DONATIONS – 2006

Thanks to all who attended this years convention and donated a personal care item. The response was so overwhelming that we were able to donate items to several shelters and missions across the state. Personal care items, collected at the 2006 CSNA state convention, were distributed to the Danbury Women’s Shelter, Bridgeport Rescue Mission, Spooner House in Derby and the Battered Women’s Shelter.
